Refund Policy.

Our Commitment

Paws for Me connects buyers with verified breeders through a curated matching process. We take care in every match we make. This policy explains your rights and our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

Match Unlock — $29

The $29 match unlock fee is non-refundable once your matches have been published. If matches have not yet been assigned by our team, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment by emailing hello@pawsforme.com.au. We do not offer refunds on the basis of not liking your matches or not proceeding with a breeder — our service is the matching, not the purchase of a puppy. If your matches are not right, use the feedback option on your dashboard and we will reassign them within 24 hours.

Concierge Matching — $349

The $349 concierge fee covers a human-reviewed, fully managed matching service. Work begins within 24 hours of payment. A full refund is available if requested before work has commenced. Once the concierge process has begun, no refund is available. If no suitable match is found within 12 weeks, we will reassess together and determine next steps — this does not automatically entitle you to a refund but we will work with you to find a resolution.

Concierge Upgrade — $320

If you have already paid the $29 match unlock fee and upgrade to concierge, the upgrade price is $320. The same terms apply as the full concierge service above.

Puppy Bundle — $39

The $39 puppy bundle is non-refundable once the documents have been delivered to your inbox. If you have not received your documents within 24 hours of purchase, contact hello@pawsforme.com.au and we will resend them.

Priority Litter Alerts — $9/month or $49 one-time

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds. The $49 one-time option is non-refundable.

Breeder Litter Fees — $59 and $39

Litter listing fees are non-refundable once a listing has been published to the matching pool. If a listing was published in error, contact hello@pawsforme.com.au within 24 hours and we will review on a case by case basis.

Breeder Subscriptions — $29/month and $249/year

Breeder subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the breeder portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-month or partial-year refunds. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days at hello@pawsforme.com.au.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service is not delivered as described, you are entitled to a remedy. Contact us first — we will always try to resolve issues directly before any formal process is needed.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@pawsforme.com.au with your name, the email address used to purchase, and a brief description of your request. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
