Terms of Service.

Paws for Me is a curated puppy matching platform connecting verified breeders with prospective buyers. We facilitate introductions but are not party to any transaction between buyers and breeders.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive where applicable. Current pricing: Match Unlock $29 one-time, Concierge Matching $349 one-time, Concierge Upgrade $320 one-time, Puppy Bundle $39 one-time, Priority Litter Alerts $9 per month or $49 one-time, Featured Breeder $29 per month or $249 per year, Elite Breeder $499 per year by invitation only, Standard Litter Fee $59, Featured Litter Fee $39.

• Match Unlock ($29): Non-refundable once matches have been published. If no matches have been assigned within 7 days of payment a full refund is available on request. If you are unhappy with your matches use the feedback option on your dashboard.
• Concierge Service ($349 or $320 upgrade): Full refund available before work commences. No refund once the concierge process has begun.
• Puppy Bundle ($39): Non-refundable once documents have been delivered.
• Priority Litter Alerts: Monthly subscriptions cancellable at any time, no partial refunds. One-time fee non-refundable.
• Breeder Litter Fees: Non-refundable once listing is published.
• Breeder Subscriptions: Cancellable at any time, no partial period refunds.

We manually review all breeder applications. Approval is at our sole discretion. Inclusion on the platform does not constitute an endorsement of any breeder or litter.

Match results are based solely on the information provided in your lifestyle application. Paws for Me does not guarantee the suitability of any dog or breeder.

Paws for Me facilitates introductions only. We are not responsible for any transaction, agreement, or outcome between buyers and breeders. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
